SHIPPING INFO

DELIVERY TIME

Normally we have a delivery time of about 2-6 days, depending on the holidays and the day the order was made.  

SHIPPING COST

Exact shipping cost is specified at checkout, it depends on weight and volume. Our shipping cost generally starts from € 4.9 / within Europe.  

RETURNS As a customer, according to the Distance Sales Act in Sweden, you always have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from when you received the item. Read more about this on our Return policy.  

SHIPPING PROCEDURE

We primarily send our products with DHL, who delivers the goods directly to your home, or to the closest delivery point (Dhl service point) for your postal address.  

B2B SHIPMENTS

Make sure there are people on site to receive the shipment, otherwise you may be charged for delivery delays. This is a cost that Dhl charges us for if no one is on site.  

FOR UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

If you do not pick up your package at your drop-off point within a week, the package will be returned automatically. In those cases, you will be charged as a customer for the return to us, € 9 EUR in fee + shipping cost. (This is the fee that DHL invoices us to handle the return)  

DELIVERY DELAYS

If the delivery time changes for your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.  

DAMAGED GOODS

Immediately check that the goods are in undamaged / complete condition, when they arrive at you. If the goods are damaged or incorrect, please let us know by e-mail as soon as possible.

MEASURE THE DIAMETER OF THE LEG CLARIFICATION!
Take a measurement from the outer sides of the bottom, make sure the ruler is paced in center of the bottom circle. The furniture leg's diameter will be having the exact size as the outside pad's diameter.

The furniture leg's inside diameter will be having the exact size as the pad's diameter.

The pad to be fitted on-top doesn't neccessarily have to match the exact diameter, it's ok if the pad is matching or having a bit smaller size.
