RETURN POLICY

If you wanna return your order, you are more than welcome to do so within 14 days, after you have received the goods. Just include a note in the return package that states your order number.

Refund will be made within 14 days at the latest. When returning goods, the cost of the items is reimbursed, but the shipping is charged to you as a customer. 

For refunds, the return must be complete and in new condition, meaning that all ordered items of the same type must be returned, and all items must be unused.

Unless we have agreed otherwise, the following applies.

You must pay for return shipping. (so before sending, double check shipping costs, it might not be worth the return costs)
